Persian fresh herb and cheese plater

Whether for breakfast, appetizer or snack a Persian Herb and Cheese Platter will tantalize all of your senses.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 kinds of cheese
  • bunches whole fresh herbs: mint, basil, cilantro, flat-leaf parsley, tarragon, dill, chives, marjoram, scallions
  • cherry tomato
  • pickles and peppers
  • walnuts or pecan
  • any kind of bread, and crackers
  • slice of cucumber
  • rose jam

Persian fresh herb and cheese plater

DIRECTIONS

Wash and dry the herbs. Trim the stems, but leave them intact. Place them on a large wooden board and garnish it with fruits, vegetables, nuts, and cheeses.

 

Serve with crackers and bread.
